Occupational Therapy Services

OT&ME offers online and telehealth Occupational Therapy services in all states and territories of Australia. We provide consultation for physical and cognitive conditions with adults and older adults.

Areas of expertise:

  • Assistive technology including equipment trials and prescription
  • Complex seating and wheelchair prescription
  • Home modification recommendations for major and minor modifications including rails, ramps, accessible bathrooms and platform lifts
  • Assessment of daily living skills and support needs
  • Functional capacity assessments
  • Pressure care management
  • Assessment for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Supported Independent Living (SIL)

About

OT&ME was founded by Director and Occupational Therapist, Jacinta Lamb.


Jacinta has a passion for working in the home and community setting, particularly to work with clients to achieve their goals of participation, independence and community engagement.


Jacinta has worked in hospitals, rehabilitation and community settings in Australia and Vancouver, Canada

Areas of interest and clinical specialty:

  • Chronic and progressive neurological conditions including Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinsons Disease and Motor Neurone Disease
  • Complex seating and positioning
  • Working with clients to find creative solutions to maximise safety and independence within the home environment, including assessment and recommendations for home modifications and customised assistive equipment

Fees

NDIS Participants charged at hourly rate as per NDIS Price Guide.

Fee for service/private funded clients: $111 per hour + travel (travel charged at hourly rate).
